Delivery & Returns

Vicki’s Cards currently delivers to the UK only. P&P costs are kept to a minimum, starting at just 80p, although during promotions there may be free Royal Mail First Class P&P on some products.  Items are usually dispatched the next working day but please allow 2-3 days. Larger orders (more than 20 cards) may take longer to be dispatched so please allow up to 5 working days. If your order is urgent please contact me directly. Standard delivery is by Royal Mail First Class with the option to choose Special Delivery Next Day during the checkout. 

 

Items are either packaged in board backed envelopes marked Please do not bend or suitable posting boxes depending on the size of your order.  

 

 

Royal Mail aim to deliver in 1-2 days.

 

 

Royal Mail guarantee delivery the next day. This item will need to be signed for.

 

Please note Vicki’s Cards cannot guarantee delivery times.

If you wish to return your goods for whatever reason, then please email Returns@Vickiscards.co.uk, including your name, address, order number and the reason why you wish to return your goods. You will receive information about where and how to return your goods. 

 

The goods must be returned unused and in their original packaging for a refund, which we will aim to do in 7 working days of receiving the returned goods through Paypal.  Please note that delivery charges and return postage are non-refundable. Personalised goods can not be returned unless they are faulty, as they are not re-saleable.

 

 

If you receive goods that are faulty, then please email Returns@Vickiscards.co.uk, including your name, address, order number and the reason why you wish to return your goods. You will receive information about where and how to return your goods. 

 

On receipt on the faulty goods, you will receive a refund within 7 working days through Paypal, including the cost of posting (Royal Mail First Class Recorded Delivery).
