Delivery

Vicki’s Cards currently delivers to the UK only. Items are usually dispatched the next working day but please allow 2-3 days. Larger orders (more than 20 cards) may take longer to be dispatched so please allow up to 5 working days. If your order is urgent please contact me directly. Standard delivery is by Royal Mail First Class with the option to choose Special Delivery Next Day during the checkout. 
 
Items are either packaged in board backed envelopes marked Please do not bend or suitable posting boxes depending on the size of your order.  
 
1.    Royal Mail First Class
 
Royal Mail aim to deliver in 1-2 days.
 
2.    Royal Mail Special DeliveryTM Next Day
 
Royal Mail guarantee delivery the next day. This item will need to be signed for.
 
Please note Vicki’s Cards cannot guarantee delivery times.

Last Posting Dates for Christmas 2009

Royal Mail's last posting date for cards sent 1st class is Monday 21st December.

To ensure you receive your order in time:

If you choose Royal Mail 1st Class Delivery when ordering your cards, orders need to be placed by Friday 11th December.  These will be dispatched by Monday 14th December allowing plenty of time to reach you so you can write and post them by the last posting date..

If you choose Royal Mail Special DeliveryTM Next Day when ordering your cards, orders need to be placed Tuesday 15th December and will be dispatched by Thursday 17th December, giving you the weekend to write your cards and post them by the last posting date.

Orders can still be placed after these dates but may not arrive in time.

Returns 

If you wish to return your goods for whatever reason, then please email Returns@Vickiscards.co.uk, including your name, address, order number and the reason why you wish to return your goods. You will receive information about where and how to return your goods. 
 
The goods must be returned unused and in their original packaging for a refund, which we will aim to do in 7 working days of receiving the returned goods through Paypal.  Please note that delivery charges and return postage are non-refundable. Personalised goods can not be returned unless they are faulty, as they are not re-saleable.
 
Faulty Goods
 
If you receive goods that are faulty, then please email Returns@Vickiscards.co.uk, including your name, address, order number and the reason why you wish to return your goods. You will receive information about where and how to return your goods. 
 
On receipt on the faulty goods, you will receive a refund within 7 working days through Paypal, including the cost of posting (Royal Mail First Class Recorded Delivery).
