There is a new handmade greetings card available for our current charity of the month, Cats Protection.  It has a different feel to the previous 2 designs for Cats Protection and could be sent as a birthday card or Mother's Day card or even just to keep in touch with a cat loving friend.

The new Mr Men and Little Miss range of handmade greetings cards is available from today and includes a selection of characters to suit everyone.  The cards are bright and fun and I particularly like the Little Miss Sunshine card featuring a VW Camper Van.  These cards are currently being offered with free P&P.  There is very limited stock so please hurry to avoid disappointment.

The first two Mother's Day card designs are now available to purchase including the first card in Vicki's Cards new budget range.

Cats Protection is Vicki's Card's new Charity of the Month which I chose because my Mum and Dad had 2 rescue cats when I was born and then when I went to university my parents decided to adopt another cat called Rosie from Cats Protection.  She lived a much happier life with them and, this year, I finally convinced my husband it was time for us to have a cat of our own.  After a visit to Cats Protection, I came home with the lovely Katie who quickly settled in and, a few months later, my parents also decided to visit Cats Protection and found the very quirky Poppy!  With the financial downturn, Cats Protection had huge numbers of cats needing shelter last year and I hope that my latest designs will help raise some money to support them in the year ahead.  Visit their website to find out more www.cats.org.uk or view the latest Charity card designs here.

I have just placed an order for a range of gorgeous papers and card of very high quality.  I'm now waiting impatiently for it to arrive so I can starting creating cards.  The papers I have chosen include some beautiful pastel tones and stunning iridescent papers which I hope will give me a fresh batch of inspiration through the Christmas season!

I have been working on an exclusive range for the Parley First School Christmas fair that will not be available on the website.  These greetings cards look absolutely gorgeous - perfect for that special someone!

I'm really looking forward to attending the Parley First School Christmas Fair on Friday 27th November.  I'll be selling both handmade Christmas cards and greetings cards for other occasions. 

I love to use Lili of the Valley diecuts on my cards because they are good quality and great designs.  I recently ordered Lili of the Valley's Jasmine and Oliver characters and now have 8 new handmade designs available on the website featuring these fun characters.  These trendy greetings cards are ideal to send to young teens for their birthday whatever they are into.  Jasmine can been found shopping, dressed up for a party, looking cool and chatting on her mobile phone, while Oliver is playing his electric guitar, texting his friends and hanging out. 

I'm really pleased with these designs and hope that you like them too.

After many weeks of work Vicki's Cards is now live. I'm really proud of my handmade cards and hope that you like them too.  I'm particularly pleased with the design for Amigos International's Charity card of the Month.  It can be recycled to make a necklace!

Now that the website is live, I am able to look at new designs and materials.  I've recently come across Inspire Me Papers and ordered a sample of their range of card and paper.  I particularly like their pearl embossed black card and hope to have a design using this card available soon.
